Description

Highlighting the data support services and expertise on campus, as well as the rich open data source available in UAlbany's Espy collection, the Libraries are hosting an R and Python workshop, using the National Death Penalty Archive for a data source. This half-day workshop will include an intro to R and Python, modeling tools, and visualization basics. Registration is required and the session will be capped at 20 participants. With special thanks to the M.E. Grenander Endowment for Special Collections for their support.
