Description
In March 2018, SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson issued a resolution directing each SUNY campus to develop a "campus-specific open access polic[y] for faculty, student, and staff scholarship and creative works." UAlbany's Provost subsequently charged the Libraries, Information Systems and Computing (LISC) committee with drafting a policy in response to the Chancellor's call. Now in draft form, and following on the October 17th Faculty Forum, the Libraries are hosting a Q&A session with key participants in the policy's development, from SUNY OLIS to the OA Policy Working Group members.
