Abstract
This thesis develops a fractional matrix-weighted John-Nirenberg type theorem, two matrix-weighted commutator bounds for the fractional integral operator, an Orlicz bumped two matrix-weighted commutator upper bound for the fractional integral operator, and a fractional matrix-weighted version of dyadic Littlewood-Paley theory.
