Abstract:
In this breakout session, we will explore the wide possibilities for scholarly expression in the humanities at the current moment. Rather than adopting a print versus digital approach, we will consider the lively and dynamic relationship between print and digital content and how scholars can navigate productively within and between these connected arenas of public presentation. As case studies, the session will cover some of the most user-friendly tools and platforms for digital publication, which also hold great potential in the classroom. Finally, we will discuss how to make the case for the value of digital work in relation to academic expectations
